IMARA MASMU — Integrated Mosque Information System (Imam, Lecture & Tarawih Schedules)
IMARA MASMU is an Integrated Mosque Information System connecting multiple mosques (Al-Manar & At-Tanwir) in one app. A central admin manages mosque data, managers, and imams/preachers; each mosque's managers compose Friday imam, lecture, and tarawih schedules; and the congregation simply opens the app to see the latest schedules and receive notifications. The system automatically detects conflicts — when a preacher is already scheduled at another mosque on the same date — and logs a warning without blocking the save. Tarawih schedules display both Gregorian and Hijri dates (e.g. 1 Ramadhan 1447). Built with Flutter and Firebase, using role-based email/password authentication, Cloud Firestore, and push notifications (FCM) to all registered congregants.

Key features
Multi-mosque in one system
Multiple mosques (Al-Manar & At-Tanwir) managed from one app — complete with mosque data, managers, and shared master data of imams & preachers used across schedules.
Three tiered roles
Central Admin (full access), per-mosque Managers (manage their mosque's schedules), and Congregation (view schedules & receive notifications) — each with its own dashboard and permissions.
Friday imam schedule
Scheduling of Friday khatib/imam per mosque with sermon themes, with add, edit, and delete by admins and managers.
Lecture schedule
Recurring lecture agendas with themes, preachers, and moderators per mosque — making weekly lectures like Sunday Morning easy to follow.
Tarawih schedule + Hijri calendar
Ramadan-long tarawih imam schedules showing both Gregorian and Hijri dates (e.g. '1 Ramadhan 1447') aligned with the worship calendar.
Automatic conflict detection
On save, the system checks whether the preacher is already scheduled at another mosque on the same date, then logs a warning to Conflict History without cancelling the schedule.
Push notifications to congregation
Admins/managers send announcements (schedule changes, new lectures, general info) delivered instantly to all registered congregants via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Congregation registration & login
Congregants register and sign in with email/password; role-based auth routes each user to the right view (admin, manager, or congregation).
Technical highlights
The advanced parts behind the scenes that make this system run smoothly.
- Cross-mosque conflict detection: separate checks for Friday, Lecture, and Tarawih schedules — conflicts are logged as warnings while the schedule still saves.
- Role-based authentication (admin / manager / congregation) on top of Firebase Auth, with go_router routing each role to its own dashboard.
- Real-time push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging + flutter_local_notifications to deliver announcements to the whole congregation.
- Hijri date conversion for tarawih schedules so Gregorian and Ramadan dates appear side by side.
- A clean layered architecture (core / models / services / providers / screens) separating Firestore service logic from per-role UI.
- Mosque, imam, manager, and schedule data stored in Cloud Firestore as a single source of truth shared by all three roles.
