Event Management System — Project Operations, Evidence & Digital Work Reports
Event Management System is a field operations app for managing event/installation projects end to end. Login is project-based — users pick a project and sign in — and all data (users, locations, evidence, receipts, and work reports) is partitioned per project, with a cross-project 'copy' feature for fast onboarding. Admins manage projects, venues/locations, and users with tiered roles (Admin, Coordinator, Approver). In the field, staff clock in with GPS and camera, upload categorized photo/document evidence, record receipts, and create five types of digital work reports (Daily, Dismantle, Function Test, Volume Change, and Out-of-Contract Volume Change) complete with digital signatures and print/share-ready PDF export. Every document passes through a tiered approval flow. Built with Flutter and Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage).
